Read-Aloud Poster: In the US, print as an Arch E1 blueprint (30x42 inches), and do NOT scale to fit. This will print the poster at 28x40 inches with some extra margin. Outside the US, print at the closest minimum equivalent measure. 

Refrigerator door: Print on 11x17 paper.

Activity Guide: Print on 8 1/2x11 paper.
