When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. HOWEVER, during special events such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend and other sale times, orders can take longer to ship because we are handling a high volume of orders. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re sorry - we do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All orders are replaceable, but non-refundable. We happily send a replacement if something arrives damaged, but must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your shipping rates?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $7.50 on every order. Book Boxes and Read-Aloud Posters will be shipped in separate packages. Multiple posters will ship in the same poster tube.
I'm ordering a gift and don't want a shipping label on my Book Box. Can you help?
If you are ordering as a gift and wish your Book Box to be shipped in a carrier box in order to use the Book Box itself as gift wrap, please indicate that in the notes comment at checkout, or write us at email@example.com and reference your order number.
